what are oatmeal almond raisin cookies?

A healthier, eggless take on the classic oatmeal raisin cookie, these cookies incorporate almond flour as a substitute for a portion of the all-purpose flour, resulting in a guilt-free treat. Almond flour adds a subtle sweetness and a hint of nuttiness to the cookies, while also contributing to their softer texture. By incorporating almond flour, which is naturally gluten-free and lower in carbohydrates compared to all-purpose flour, these cookies provide a healthier alternative without compromising on taste. Meanwhile, the raisins add some natural sweetness and a chewiness to the cookie.

How to serve oatmeal almond raisin cookies

These cookies can be served at any temperature, though they taste best warm. They can be dipped in milk, tea, or coffee, or enjoyed by themselves. Oatmeal almond raisin cookies are a perfect quick and healthy snack or a delicious dessert.
