- 10oz of honey flavored graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits)
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 6oz of salted butter, melted
for the filling
- 4oz of cream cheese (or low-fat cream cheese)
- 1/4 cup of confectioners sugar
- 8oz of heavy whipping cream
for the sauce
- 6oz of fresh strawberries, blended
- 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar

- 12oz of fresh strawberries, thinly sliced

prepare the crust

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar, until thoroughly combined.

Press the crumbs into the bottom of an 8×8 glass baking dish to form a 1 cm layer.
