To prepare cilantro lime rice, long-grain white rice is cooked by stirring it in oil, then simmering it in water until it reaches a tender and fluffy texture. Once cooked, the rice is seasoned with freshly squeezed lime juice, which infuses it with a tangy and refreshing taste. To enhance the flavor even more, a generous amount of cilantro is added to the rice. The cilantro adds a bright and herbal note, complementing the citrusy tang of the lime.
