Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chopped mango
  • 200 mL of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of small tapioca pearls/sago
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

Method

Step 1

In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the tapioca pearls and cook for 20 minutes, or until they are transparent. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Step 2
