- 1 lb. of broccoli
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce, divided
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
For the Sauce
- 1/3 cup of peanut butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, grated
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of chili paste or 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
Method
Step 1
Drain the packages of tofu. Wrap each block of tofu in a paper towel and pat dry. Cut the tofu into 3/4-inch cubes.
Step 2
